Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Position Overview:

As an HR Assistant, you will support the company’s talent acquisition process for a range of technical and bilingual roles, focusing on sourcing and hiring quality candidates for roles including Front-end Developers, Back-end Developers, Full Stack Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, and Japanese Bilingual positions.

Key responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete hiring process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-up for various roles such as software developers, data scientists, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and Japanese language specialists.

2. Sourcing & Strategy: Leverage job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and internal databases to attract qualified candidates effectively.

3. Requirement Understanding: Interpret and align candidate profiles with technical job descriptions and bilingual role requirements, collaborating closely with hiring managers.

4. Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement: Organize technical and HR interviews while ensuring timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed recruitment records, databases, and weekly hiring progress reports for internal use.

Eligibility details:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.Basic knowledge of HR tools and recruitment software is a plus.Experience or exposure to hiring for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, data scientists) is highly preferred.

Experience:
Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Languages known:
English (Mandatory)Japanese (Preferred not mandatory)

Documents and Certifications:
AADHAR (Mandatory)Highest qualification certification (Mandatory)

Schedule
Day shift onlyMonday to FridaySaturday half day7:30AM to 4:30PM ISTHybrid work system

Key points:

1. Candidate must be comfortable recruiting for tech-based roles and bilingual roles.

2. Understanding of job market trends in tech recruitment is desirable.

3. Hybrid system, office located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Relocation to Bangalore is a must. Candidates must make their own residential arrangements.

4. Freshers can apply. Resume or CV is a must.

5. Salary is upto 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA including benefits. Full-time or Part time role availability will be decided upon Company discretion.

6. Joining criteria: Immediate to 15 days from date of employment confirmation, subject upon the Company discretion.
