Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in managing complete HR operations and statutory compliances in a private limited company. The candidate should be well-versed in HR formalities, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, labor law compliances, and maintaining HR documentation. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Administration Manage complete employee life cycle: joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. Prepare and maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR MIS. Draft and issue appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, NOCs, and other HR documents. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and statutory benefits. 2. Payroll & Attendance Coordination Coordinate with payroll team/consultant for monthly payroll processing. Ensure accurate attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs. Assist in preparation of salary revisions, arrears, deductions, and full & final settlements. 3. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws Handle statutory compliances related to: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity Bonus, Leave & Attendance laws Maintain records and documentation as per Factories Act (Haryana). Coordinate with consultants and government departments for inspections, filings, and audits. 4. Recruitment Support Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities. Coordinate interviews, background verification, and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring documentation. 5. Policy Implementation & Employee Relations Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct. Assist in handling disciplinary issues, notices, and employee grievances. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. 6. Compliance & Reporting Prepare and maintain HR reports, registers, and statutory returns. Ensure timely renewals, filings, and compliance documentation. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. 7. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances. Good understanding of Indian labor laws applicable in Haryana. Hands-on experience with HR documentation and payroll coordination. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR software. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Educational Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Certification in HR or Labor Law will be an added advantage. Experience 4–6 years of relevant HR experience in a Private Limited Company (manufacturing preferred). Prior experience working in Faridabad / Haryana region will be preferred.
