Job Description:We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR activities.
Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
· Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies.
· Coordinate training and development programs.
· Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
· Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.
· Ensure compliance with PMS, labor laws such as PF, ESI, and labor welfare schemes.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in HR.
· Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient with HRMS software and MS Office.
Salary Budget: -
· Upto - 25K
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
