Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Compliance

Lead all HR functions at the plant including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, time office, and employee exits.
Maintain and ensure compliance with labor laws (ESIC, PF, Factory Act, etc.).
Handle statutory audits, inspections, and liaison with local labor authorities.
Monitor contractor workforce compliance and manpower planning.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions.
Collaborate with the corporate team and external agencies to fulfill manpower needs.
Drive talent pipeline development for critical positions.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Maintain harmonious employee relations through open communication and grievance handling.
Drive employee engagement initiatives – events, surveys, suggestion schemes.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues.

4. Performance Management

Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system.
Work with departmental heads to identify training needs and ensure effective development plans.

5. Training & Development

Plan and implement training calendar for technical and behavioral training.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training MIS.

6. HR Strategy & MIS

Provide HR data and insights to leadership for decision-making.
Prepare monthly HR dashboards, reports, and manpower analytics.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of plant HR operations and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle employee grievances and ensure discipline.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
