Job Description

Job Title: Injection Molding Process Operator / Process Setter Location: Jalgaon Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Injection Molding Process Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring optimal production output and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor injection molding machines as per production schedules and specifications. Set up and adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines. Inspect and verify the quality of molded parts and report any defects or deviations. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets. Train and guide helpers/operators on checking running parts, monitoring output, and maintaining productivity. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Plastics Technology or related field. 25 years of hands-on experience in injection molding operations. Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and machine settings. Ability to identify and resolve process-related issues independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in shifts and a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
