Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Layout the project plan and maintain project tracker on the initiatives to improve Employee Experience by evaluating the feedbacks in partnership with Transport operation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines, ensuring optimal production output and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor injection molding machines as per production schedules and specifications. Set up and adjust machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines. Inspect and verify the quality of molded parts and report any defects or deviations. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets. Train and guide helpers/operators on checking running parts, monitoring output, and maintaining productivity. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Plastics Technology or related field. 25 years of hands-on experience in injection molding operations.
