As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our HR function and ensure smooth people operations across the company.

Role Overview

As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the HR team and management to maintain a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career in Human Resources within a dynamic project management environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, collecting documentation, and coordinating induction.
  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, payroll support).
  • Assist with HR documentation (policies, forms, contracts, compliance records).
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Support in payroll coordination.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Administrative: 1 year (Required)
