Customer Care Executive 📍 Location: Jodhpur Company: Orange Tree (A Basant brand) Website: www.orangetree.in About Us Orange Tree is a leading furniture and décor brand under Basant, known for its contemporary and sustainable designs. We cater to both domestic and international markets through online platforms and retail stores. We are expanding our customer service team and are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive who can manage customer interactions and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. Roles & Responsibilities Handle customer queries related to products, orders, shipping, payments, returns, and exchanges Interact with customers through various channels: phone, email, website chat, and online marketplaces Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of complaints Maintain and update customer interaction records and issue logs Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure a smooth online shopping experience Follow up on customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail or e-commerce Strong communication skills (English & Hindi – verbal and written) Good knowledge of basic computer operations – Excel, email, CRM tools Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure calmly Prior experience in handling queries on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. is a plus Education Graduate in any stream (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or related field) What We Offer Opportunity to work with a fast-growing and design-led furniture brand Friendly and collaborative work culture Competitive salary and growth opportunities How to Apply Send your resume to careers@basant.info with the subject line: “Application – Customer Care Executive – Orange Tree”
