3. Benefits Administration:
a) Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare schemes.
b) Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
c) Communicate and educate employees about available benefits and updates.
d) Liaise with benefit providers to resolve any issues or concerns.
e) Maintain good PR with Functional Heads.
4. HR Operations:
a) Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and employment areas.
b) Assist in maintaining employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
c) Update and maintain HR-related documents, such as employment Offer, Appointment Letter, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
d) Support employee performance evaluation and feedback processes.
e) Co-ordination with HOD for employee confirmation process.
f) Issuing confirmation letter to employees on time.
g) Employee engagement.
h) Day to day HR activity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
