HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As HR Executive:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll processing and handle basic employee queries.
• Assist in training and development initiatives.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities.

Upon Promotion to HR Manager:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage the HR team and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
• Design and implement employee development and engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply for the HR Executive role.
• Candidates with leadership potential will be considered for rapid progression to HR Manager.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,108.62 - ₹43,887.06 per month
