As a Human Resources Assistant at Maestros Infotech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. With 6 months to 1+ years of experience in HR, you will have the opportunity to contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and maintaining employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling employee relations, maintaining HR administration tasks, supporting performance management, organizing training sessions, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives. Your strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance will be essential in performing these duties effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, high levels of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office tools and a positive, proactive attitude towards helping others are qualities that will set you up for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for this role.
