You will be a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant supporting the Human Resources department in the dynamic and fast-paced engineering industry. Your role will involve providing administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations and maintaining a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace for our engineering teams. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and supporting new employee onboarding. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and assisting in processing HR documents, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Additionally, you will support day-to-day HR operations, respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, manage time and attendance records, and assist in employee training coordination and development programs. You will also help ensure compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations, supporting audits, surveys, and risk assessments. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an engineering or technical environment. Familiarity with HR software and systems, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong written and verbal communication, and an understanding of the engineering industry work culture are desirable qualifications. As an HR Assistant, you should possess proactive and approachable qualities, maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, work well independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund, working on a day shift schedule at the designated in-person work location.,
