We're looking for an HR Assistant to provide critical support to our HR department. As an HR Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing employee data, maintaining HR records, and supporting recruitment activities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Employee Data Management:*

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.

- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

- *HR Documentation:*

- Prepare and manage HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- *Recruitment Support:*

- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

- Prepare job postings and advertisements.

- Maintain recruitment records and databases.

- *General Administration:*

- Provide administrative support to the HR team.

- Maintain office supplies and inventory.

*Requirements:*

- Any graduate with a degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of HR systems and software.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
