HR Assistant

As an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience, your role will involve supporting in planning and implementing key HR initiatives to transform the organization into an Employer of Choice. Working closely with the Head HR, you will execute the HR business plan/strategy and integrate change into the day-to-day working practices and organizational culture to foster a performance-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include continually reviewing and enhancing HR policies to strengthen the organizational culture. You will be tasked with developing solutions that facilitate successful retention strategies and address capability gaps through internal and external mechanisms such as development, resourcing, training, and innovative experiential opportunities. Maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial to ensure that staffing objectives are met. The ideal candidate should possess skills in time management, multitasking, dual focus, negotiation, and change management to excel in this role.
