HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant cum Recruiter at our manufacturing unit located in Gram Mundla Nyata, Nemawar Road, Near Devguradia Bypass, Dewas Naka, Indore-452010, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and staff positions, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, handling onboarding processes, and managing basic HR documentation and compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred) along with at least 3 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of fundamental HR processes are essential for success in this position. Your duties will involve maintaining employee records, assisting with PF/ESI documentation, preparing basic HR letters and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires you to work full-time for 6 days a week, in day and morning shifts at the specified work location.
