Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Assistant cum Recruiter to support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in hiring, onboarding, and handling basic HR documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (blue-collar & staff)
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and assist with PF/ESI documentation
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
• Prepare basic HR letters and reports

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
• 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience (preferably in manufacturing)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.56 per month
