Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, and handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
• Coordinate with staff regarding attendance, leaves, and HR policies.
• Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and welfare programs.
• Handle employee queries and support HR-related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
