Collect and prepare blood, urine, and other samples for testing. Perform diagnostic tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other areas. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Record test results accurately and maintain patient records. Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Maintain lab cleanliness and adhere to all safety and infection control guidelines. Manage inventory of lab reagents and supplies. Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to provide test insights Qualifications: B.Sc & M.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Biochemistry,(DMLT/BMLT/CMLT). Prior experience in a medical lab (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of lab equipment and safety protocols. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
