Respiratory Therapist

• Administer oxygen therapy, nebulization, and chest physiotherapy
• Set up and manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation (NIV/CPAP/BiPAP)
• Monitor patients on life-support systems and respond to ventilator alarms
• Conduct arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpretation
• Assist in intubation, extubation, suctioning, and airway management
• Maintain accurate respiratory care documentation and daily records
• Work closely with ICU doctors, nurses, and pulmonologists
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care and equipment use
• Follow strict infection control protocols and emergency preparedness procedures

Eligibility:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Respiratory Therapy or Diploma in Respiratory Care
• Experience in ICU, critical care, or emergency settings preferred
• Freshers with hands-on hospital internship may also apply
• Knowledge of ventilator settings, ABG interpretation, and respiratory pharmacology

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of respiratory care equipment and clinical procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duties
