HR Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations in HR functions.

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
• Help organize and coordinate HR events, training sessions, and meetings.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department as needed.
