HR Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, follow-ups).
• Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant/HR Executive.
• Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
