Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Assistant based in Dharwad. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations such as recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR activities. Additionally, the HR Assistant will handle communication with employees, assist in policy implementation, and ensure compliance with labor laws. They will also be involved in organizing employee engagement activities and addressing employee queries.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Onboarding skills
• Experience in maintaining employee records and handling HR administrative tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with HR software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
