HR Assistant

About the Role:
Brand Metrics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to support our HR operations and work closely with the CEO on key assignments. This role is ideal for a fresher or an early-career professional (0–1 year of experience) who is eager to learn, execute, and grow in a dynamic organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and attendance management.
• Support the CEO in executing special projects, presentations, and operational tasks.
• Coordinate with employees and teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
• Draft HR-related reports, letters, and documentation.
• Help in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
• Learn and contribute to HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in HR or administration (internship experience acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work closely with leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
