Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Apprentice to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. This role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 year of experience, offering a great opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Job Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with employees and management.
  • Basic knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and laws is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
