Essential Functions The position will be responsible for the following Business Process and Techno functional Projects Management tas k - 1. Create/ review policy, process, procedure basis functional/ audit/regulatory requirements from time to ime 2. Provide SME support to stakeholders to develop and implement process solutions to improve operationa l e fficency 3. Facilitate critical review of current processes for effectiveness, quality, and simplification. Update and maintain process documentation and repoitory 4. Act as liaison between business, application development and testing support teams to provide techno pro cess spport. 5. Provide process solutions & support for the design, maintenance, and enhancements of digital applications (Workflow, underwriting applicat i on, CR etc.) 6. Support in creation and documentation of technical solutions (DFD, Context Diagram, Use Case, Process Flo w, UML, R, etc.) 7. Monitor Projects as per scope, schedule, and allocated resources, using appropriate veri f ication ec hniques Primar y Inter nal nteractions 1. With various PNB M etLife line s of businessand branches 2. Within the team for process updates, issues, c ase to case dscussions etc. 3. Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, Developers (Web Application and Mobile), Test ers , Database Admis and Designe r s Primary Extrnal Interactions 1. External interact ions are re quired but only in NB Teams & Branches 2. Business and partn e r devel o pment teamsfo r Proj ct tracking Skills Technical Skills : Proficient of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and MS Project. Knowledge of MS Visio/Nimbus or s imilar application wuld be added advantage • Knowledge of Project management techniques/ software is des irable (PMP / Prince2 w• Experience working in waterfall & agile SDLC is desirable • Six sigma -White belt/ Green Belt/ Black Belt ce rtification is desirabl Process Specific Skills • Strong Process understanding and should have hands-on experie n ce in Insurance processs • Domestic Insurance ma r ke t exposure and experiec e Soft Skills (Mandatory • Education – Graduate/Postgraduate with a mi nimum of 12 years of educaion • Project management experince • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct pre sen tations comfortably to largegroup • Demonstrate ability to work ind e pendent ly and in a team envionment Soft skills (Desred) • Self-disciplined and results-riented • Te a m Manage ment / Peopl e Mana gemet skills Education Rquirements Graduate/Postgrad uate in any f ield with a minimum of 12 ye ars o e ducation Work Experienc Requirements Minimum 5- 6 years of experience of working in Insurance / F
