As an HR and Admin professional, you will hold a crucial position in the organization's human resources department, contributing significantly to the formulation and execution of HR strategies and policies. Your key responsibilities will involve working closely with departmental managers to identify staffing requirements, managing the recruitment processes, and overseeing employee onboarding procedures. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in IT recruitment, with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, including at least 5 years in an IT company.
