Project Manager (Data & Analytics)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Data & Analytics to lead and manage data-driven projects across various business domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics projects, with a proven ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for data and analytics initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure quality assurance, timely reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, updates, and escalations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint deliverables.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track KPIs, ROI, and business impact of analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
2. 6+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in managing data analytics or data engineering projects.
3. Strong understanding of AI, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, data visualization, and analytics platforms.
4. Hands-on experience working with tools/technologies like SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R /R (preferred), and cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
5. Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
