Job Description

Role- Analytics - Power BI Dashboard reporting Location- Gurugram Budget-7LPA Responsibilities Required Skills Must have- -Power BI Dashboard reporting Dashboarding & Visualization Design intuitive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to present complex data clearly. Create self-service reporting tools for HR and leadership. Data Analysis & Interpretation Analyze workforce data to identify patterns and trends in hiring, engagement, turnover, DEI, and performance. Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics (e.g., turnover risk, future talent needs). Advanced Analytics & Modeling Build statistical models and dashboards for talent management, forecasting, or scenario planning. Use regression, clustering, and other data science techniques to answer HR business questions. Strategic Insight Generation Provide data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business units. Link workforce metrics to business KPIs like productivity, revenue per employee, or customer satisfaction. Show more Show less
