HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator at UBE Media in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic and innovative media company. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities for new hires, and maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management. You will be responsible for handling office asset procurement, maintenance, and inventory management to ensure smooth office operations. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, facilitating smooth communication and organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools are essential for success in this position.
