As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the growing business needs of the company. Your responsibilities will include utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience as a recruiter preferably in the media or creative industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
