Job Description

Eligibility:

  • Master’s degree in human resources (MBA / MHRM / PGDM in HR).
  • Graduate degree in BBA (Human Resources)
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR generalist activities, including recruitment and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain and update employee records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and assist with labor law documentation as applicable.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and CSR activities.
  • Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records.
  • Assist in grievance handling and employee relations matters.
  • Draft HR communications, circulars, notices, and reports.
  • Support exit management including resignations, full & final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to organizational needs.

Location: Nigdi (Pimpri Chinchwad)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
