HR Administrator

We are looking for an individual with drive and passion to excel to provide the firm with assistance on all administration and human resource related tasks. The candidate need to be a high committed person with willinness to learn and adapt to various situations as growing need of the firm and who is willing to help out where needed.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's degree in commerce, arts or business administration or any related field.

Vivart Design Studio if a young multidisciplinary design firm providing architecture, interior design, all engineering consulting as well as project management services with a focus on sustainable architecture.

• 1 + year experience working in an environment that involves multi-tasking.
• Previous experience in business administration and human resource management.
• Good command over Gujarati and English.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal correspondence.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage payroll duties.

• Coordinate with all team members for salary slip details.
• Support all corporate communications with clients and other consultants/ vendors.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing for all communications/ invoices/ vendor bills etc.
• Work with senior accountant and follow up for accounts receivable and collection for revenue cycle management.
• Cary out Public Relation (PR) activities and establish strong relations with current clients and improve brand identity in potential clients.
• Manage payroll functions to assure accurate and timely payment to staff.
• Oversee and manage Human Resources functions: recruiting, employee relations.
