Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR-Admin to support our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and administrative operations to ensure a productive and positive work environment. This is a work-from-office role requiring strong communication and people management skills, particularly suited for a fast-paced IT organization.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding for tech and non-tech roles
  • Maintain accurate employee records using HRMS and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives tailored to IT teams (hackathons, knowledge sessions, wellness programs)
  • Support performance review processes and training coordination
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and workplace concerns
  • Ensure HR policies align with best practices and evolving tech industry standards

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee smooth functioning of office operations (IT infrastructure coordination, workspace allocation, etc.)
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office essentials
  • Handle internal documentation, travel bookings, and administrative approvals
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and resource utilization records
  • Coordinate internal events, town halls, and client visits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in the IT or tech sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and people-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working with HRMS, MS Office, and collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a tech-driven, dynamic environment

Work Setup:

  • This is a full-time Work from Office role
  • Location: ITPL, Bangalore
  • Working Days: Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to tech/startup environments
  • Familiarity with IT hiring and onboarding tools/platforms
