Job Description – HR & Admin OfficerCompany: Waarta Connections Pvt. Ltd. Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Position Type: Full-time Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Officer to manage office operations, handle employee management, maintain discipline, oversee hiring activities, and prepare salary sheets. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to handle both human resource functions and administrative responsibilities effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources ManagementPlan and execute recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are followed. Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth induction for new hires. Monitor attendance, leave, and performance records. Prepare and maintain monthly salary sheets and coordinate payroll processing. Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Administration & Office ManagementOversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance requirements. Implement office rules and regulations to ensure discipline and productivity. Coordinate with different departments for administrative support. Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional office environment. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR and/or office administration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of payroll preparation, HR software, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
