Summary

Human Resources (HR)/ Admin Manager leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring that people strategies align with the organization’s mission, values, and goals. Success in this role means building a thriving workplace culture, strengthening employee engagement, and developing policies and programs that attract, retain, and grow top talent. As a member of the leadership team, this role partners with executives and managers to shape organizational strategy while ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Culture & Engagement:

    Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture, implementing initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, equity, and belonging.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:

    Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization attracts and retains diverse, qualified talent.
  • Employee Development:

    Design and manage programs that support professional growth, leadership development, and continuous learning.
  • Performance Management:

    Lead the development and implementation of performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that support employee well-being and motivation.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:

    Oversee compliance with employment laws, workplace safety, and organizational policies to minimize risk and ensure fair practices.
  • HR Operations:

    Streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Advisory Role:

    Provide guidance to leaders and managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years in a HR role.
  •  Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (admin responsibility), with the ability to foster collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a must. (Master’s degree will be an added advantage).
  • Track record of leading change initiatives and building high-performing HR teams.
