About Us

DataBeat, a specialist in the Media and Analytics space, provides managed services for Publishers (typically news websites that make revenue from advertising) and Ad Tech to increase their revenue and audience. Digital advertising is data-intensive and we believe in data-based decision making and problem-solving to excel in various functions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR & Admin Intern to join our team. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and administrative functions within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, administrative tasks, and organizational support.

Key Responsibilities

File and Records Management

:
  • Maintain and organize physical HR records, including NDAs, Employee Agreements, Vendor Agreements, etc.
  • Ensure accurate filing and storage of documents for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.

HR Systems Management

  • Follow up with employees to ensure timely profile updates on the HR management system (e.g., Keka) with 100% accuracy.
  • Assist in coordinating 1:1 meetings for leads and updating relevant information on the HR management system.

Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate with interview panels to ensure timely uploading of feedback on the recruitment management system (e.g., Keka Hire).
  • Share feedback with rejected candidates and provide updates to candidates in the recruitment pipeline on the next steps.
  • Conduct reminder calls to candidates regarding interview schedules and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Follow up with upcoming joiners to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.

Employee Engagement And Compliance

  • Monitor PSA application to track usage of employees in real-time and follow up as needed.
  • Assist employees in performing HR tasks such as filling survey forms, regularization processes, etc.

Asset Management

  • Conduct regular checks on asset ID tags for all company assets and ensure proper updating on the HR management system (e.g., Keka).
  • Track assets outside the system and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in tracking IT assets and preparing relevant reports as required.

Administrative Support

  • Liaise with employees to share info about our social media presence and its activities.
  • Provide logistical support for company events and activities as needed.

Material Management

  • Assist in material management activities, including stock keeping, record maintenance, and issuing materials as per requirements.
  • Collect invoices from vendors, cross-verify them, and maintain accurate records.
  • Track daily purchase materials and assist in coordinating with admin for office material procurement.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Duration And Compensation

  • Timings:12 PM to 9 PM (5 day week)
  • This is a 6 month internship position with a probable Full Time Opportunity based on performance.
