Job Description

We are looking for a versatile HR & Admin Executive to manage our end-to-end office operations. You will be the point of contact for all employee-related matters, including task monitoring, attendance management, and basic legal/compliance documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Key Responsibilities 1. HR & People Management Attendance & Leave: Tracking daily check-ins/outs and managing the monthly leave records for payroll processing. Performance Tracking: Monitoring assigned tasks to ensure employees are meeting their deadlines and company standards. Recruitment & Onboarding: Screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and handling the documentation for new hires. 2. Legal & Compliance Documentation: Managing and filing legal contracts, NDAs, and employee agreements. Statutory Compliance: Ensuring the office follows local labor laws and assisting with trade licenses or shop-act renewals. Audit Support: Keeping all company records updated for internal or external audits. 3. Office Administration Office Upkeep: Supervising office maintenance and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors for supplies (stationery, pantry, IT equipment). Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR or Administrative role. Education: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (for attendance/task tracking) and basic HR software. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor laws and contract documentation is a plus.
