Job Title: HR Admin Executive Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Location: Shamshabad-Hyderabad Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Admin Executive with 2 years of relevant experience to handle HR operations and administrative responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR administrative activities and employee records Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding Maintain employee files, attendance, leave, and payroll-related data Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations Manage office administration tasks including vendor coordination and facility support Address employee queries related to HR and administration Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.) under HR guidance Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information professionally Preferred Skills: Experience in payroll support and compliance coordination Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
