Tender Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and coordinate all aspects of the tendering process, from identifying relevant opportunities to submitting bids in a timely and compliant manner. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Identify and monitor new tender opportunities through various sources (e-portals, newspapers, government websites, etc.). Analyze tender documents, assess technical and commercial requirements, and ensure compliance. Coordinate with relevant departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to compile all necessary documentation for bid submissions. Prepare and submit tender documents (both online and offline) within stipulated deadlines. Maintain a tender tracker to manage timelines, submissions, and follow-ups. Liaise with clients and tendering authorities for queries, clarifications, and negotiations. Ensure timely renewal of company registrations on tendering portals. Maintain organized records of submitted tenders and related documentation. Stay updated with industry trends, tendering regulations, and competitor activities. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in a similar tendering or documentation role. Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures and e-procurement portals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tender platforms.
