Job Title: Human Resources Executive(Recruitment & Payroll Focus) Location: Gowdavalli Department: Human Resources Reports To: Principal /Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer with a strong background in recruitment and payroll. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (Mandatory) Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Draft and update job descriptions. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database. Conduct reference and background checks. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Payroll (Mandatory) Process payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations. Coordinate with finance and accounting departments for salary disbursements. Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies. Manage statutory contributions (e.g., PF, ESI, taxes). Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations. Additional HR Duties: Maintain and update employee records in HRIS. Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communications. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and payroll. Hands-on experience with HR software and payroll systems Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
