Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR processes, employee documentation, coordination, and office administration. Key ResponsibilitiesHR ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases. Assist in recruitment: screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Handle onboarding and exit formalities (joining documents, ID creation, relieving letters, etc.). Maintain attendance, leaves, and payroll-related data. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation (offer letter, appointment letter, warning letter, etc.). Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements. Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office upkeep. Handle front desk activities, calls, and visitor management (if required). Support management in daily administrative operations and documentation. Maintain records of bills, reimbursements, courier logs, and other admin tasks. Assist in travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event support. Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in HR/Admin role preferred. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
