We are looking for a responsible and energetic HR / Admin Executive to manage our day-to-day office operations and support our team with minimum 1 year of experience. Office Management: Ensure the office is opened on time, clean, and organized. Manage housekeeping and office supplies (stationery, water, internet, etc.). HR Support: Maintain daily attendance registers and track employee leave. Recruitment Support: Call candidates, schedule interviews for sales roles, and help with the joining formalities of new employees. Operations: Assist the Director/Management with daily reporting and file maintenance. Discipline: Ensure all employees follow office rules and maintain professional behavior. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance (AC, Electrical, etc.) when required.
