HR Admin Executive

Job Summary:   We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage human resources and administrative functions in our machine manufacturing factory. The role includes recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, and day-to-day administrative management to ensure smooth operations and a productive work environment.   Key Responsibilities:   HR Responsibilities:   - Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding employees.   - Maintain employee records and attendance registers.   - Coordinate payroll processing, salary calculations, bonus, and gratuity.   - Manage employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.   - Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.   - Address employee grievances and provide HR support to all departments.   - Track performance appraisal and maintain KPI records.   Admin Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day administrative activities including office supplies, facilities, and logistics.   - Coordinate internal meetings, events, and factory communications.   - Maintain visitor records, security, and factory safety compliance.   - Assist in statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and other government regulations.   - Support management in reporting, documentation, and HR analytics.   Required Skills & Qualifications:   - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.   - Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory setup.   - Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.   - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.   - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS software.   - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.   Perks & Benefits:   - Competitive salary.   - Opportunities for career growth and professional development.   - Exposure to a manufacturing and industrial operations environment.
