Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team as an HR Admin in Manesar, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM or MSW degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, administration, or operations.
  • Possess strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
