As an HR Admin Executive at Credartha Fin Solution Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, documentation, and compliance activities. Your experience in a Private Limited Company will be essential in handling employee records, HR documentation, and day-to-day administrative work. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records, including handling joining and exit formalities - Prepare HR letters, contracts, and internal documents - Provide support in recruitment, onboarding process, and attendance management - Manage leave records, maintain the employee database, and oversee daily office administration - Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR-related documentation - Collaborate with management to ensure smooth HR operations Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR/Admin role in a Private Limited Company - Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively In addition, the working days for this position are Monday to Saturday, and the work location is at V2 Signature, Chala, VapiDaman Road. This is a full-time job that requires in-person presence.
