HR Admin

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (yard workers, engineers, supervisors, etc.).
• Manage onboarding, inductions, and documentation for all employees and contract labor.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Assist in performance appraisal and training & development initiatives.
• Address grievances, support disciplinary procedures, and ensure fair workplace practices.

Compliance & Statutory:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and other statutory obligations (PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.).
• Maintain contractor compliance documentation and monitor adherence to safety norms.

Administration:

• Oversee site administration including canteen, transport, uniform, and accommodation arrangements.
• Manage vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards in coordination with HSE/QA teams.
• Monitor utility usage and office supplies for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in shipbuilding, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industries.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws, contract labor management, and industrial relations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a yard, dockyard, or similar industrial environment.
• Familiarity with ISO, OHSAS, or similar industry compliance frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
