Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on best practices and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
