Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karjat/Mulshi/Lonavala for a Housekeeping Supervisor. Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, guest services, reservations, property maintenance, and ensuring high standards of hospitality. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, sales, and marketing efforts to enhance guest experiences and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management, guest services, and property maintenance
• Proficiency in reservations management, budgeting, sales, and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Karjat / Mulshi / Lonavala
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the boutique resort or villa management is beneficial
• Proven track record in enhancing guest experiences and driving profitability
