Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards are met.
Assign duties, prepare duty rosters, and monitor staff productivity.
Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping associates to maintain service standards.
Report maintenance issues, room discrepancies, and lost-and-found items.
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
Maintain housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and usage records.
