Housekeeping Supervisor/ Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor/ Associate to join our team at The Spectrum Resort. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency across all rooms and public areas.
• Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service principles.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with hotel industry software and systems is an asset.
